I suggest reading these (in this order). They are not technical so you can even listen to them on audible when running:
- Founders at Work — interviews with most influential founders, written by Jessica Livingston, founder of YC
- Hackers & Painters — from Paul Graham, founder of YC and husband of Jessica Livingston. Not only about startups. Very interesting.
- Coders at Work — interviews with most influential programmers, including Knuth
- The Innovation Stack — story of Square
- Architects of Intelligence — interviews with most influential people in AI, including Geoffrey Hinton, Andrew Ng, Judea Pearl, Fei-Fei Li, Daphne Koller, Yann LeCun.
- Multipliers, Revised and Updated — About leadership
If you only want to read 2 of them though, I suggest #2 and #5.
