Recommended Books

I suggest reading these (in this order). They are not technical so you can even listen to them on audible when running:

1. Founders at Work -- interviews with most influential founders, written by Jessica Levingston, founder of YC

2. Hackers & Painters -- from Paul Graham, founder of YC and wife of Jessica Levingston. Not only about startups. Very interesting.

3. Coders at Work -- interviews with most influential programmer, including Knuth

4. The Innovation Stack -- story of Square

5. Architects of Intelligence -- interviews with most influential people in AI, including Geoffrey Hinton, Andrew Ng, Judea Pearl, Fei-Fei Lei, Daphne Keller, Yann LeCun. 

6. Multipliers, Revised and Updated -- About leadership

If you only want to read 2 of them though, I suggest #2 and #5.
